Decimio is provided on an invite-only basis. Accounts are granted at our discretion and may be suspended for breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may use Decimio to identify and contact business prospects in line with applicable law. You may not use it to target private individuals outside a professional context, to resell raw data exports, or to circumvent usage limits applied to your workspace.
Usage limits
Each workspace has limits on how much data it may process. Limits are shown in your account and may be adjusted by agreement.
No warranty on third-party data
Contact data is supplied as-is. We make reasonable efforts to return accurate results and mark unverified values as such, but we do not warrant completeness or accuracy.
Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
